After 15 extraordinary years of service at Mile High Youth Corps, Brigid McRaith will transition out of her role as CEO this June as part of a relocation she and her family are making, fulfilling a long held dream to live outside the US for a period.
“I firmly believe that change brings tremendous opportunity. MHYC has been my home for 15 years, and I leave with the knowledge that now is the right time to welcome a new CEO who can build on the growth we have accomplished collectively. Our board, staff, programs, and financial position are in an exceptional place today, and the new leader will be an important catalyst for the next chapter at MHYC,” shares Brigid.
During Brigid’s tenure as CEO, the organization increased youth served by 64%, nearly doubled its operating budget, advanced racial equity outcomes, and launched a healthcare pathway and firefighting module.
